Miss Kindergarten

Next Sunday, believe it or not, Bella will turn 5 years old. She starts Kindergarten exactly 3 weeks from today. This is her NEW bike from G. and Pappa for her birthday. It is pink and sparkly. Perfect for a diva.

And this is Miss Kindergartener's new room. It was a neutral tone like the rest of the house when we moved in, but last Friday Grandpa and I inhaled toxic fumes for 6 hours while we turned it Princess Perfect. I glazed the darker pink wall to make it 'extra glittery' by request. It has some imperfection, but you have to look pretty close to see it.

And sweet Kenna gets her 5 seconds of fame too. She colored this picture today. I was so impressed with how well she stayed in the lines. It seemed Bella was much older before she began even trying to stay inside the lines. What can I say? Mom's think their children are brillant, and it's hot. We color alot.

Sweet Pictures & A Wiggle

The Picture People sent me a coupon, so off we went to the Woodlands mall today. The pictures turned out better than I could have ever expected, and it was hard to choose. These are among the best.

On a funnier note, the girls have been earning weekly prizes for sleeping in their own beds all night. We fill up a sticker chart, and head to Target to pick out what their little hearts desire for letting mommy sleep too. This week Bella picked a Hannah Montana wig, which can be seen below. Naturally, Kenna wanted the same thing. I could not catch her with it on for a picture, but she kept calling it her 'wiggle'. "I can't wait to show Daddy my wiggle when he gets home" she said this afternoon.

Office Visit

Today we brought Daddy lunch and saw his new office in Waller. Now we know where to find him when he won't come home.

Fishing

We spent a fun evening last weekend fishing off the dock at mom and dad's. We mostly caught small perch and one turtle that tried to attack me. All photos courtesy of the resident hook baiter. (also known as Grandpa)
