New Shoes Cure The Blues

Actually only one of us got new shoes, and she is still the grumpiest of them all. It has been drama city with Kenna lately. It seems she is going through a phase of separation anxiety that we hope passes soon. Below are just some assorted pictures from February.
Happiness comes in the form of brownies.

Playing in their new dress-up clothes from Aunt Lisa and Uncle James.

The aforementioned new shoes. They sparkle and light-up. Who wouldn't be happy about that?

Bella's Valentine's party at school.

The girls with their stuffed animals we made at Build-a -Bear today with Laura. Thank you Uncle Charles for their cards and money! Thank you Laura for a great day.

This one is for Granny and Papa.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

Pinkalicious

Kenna has become obssessed with "Pinkalicious", which is a children's book about a little girl who eats too many pink cupcakes and turns pink. She is forced to eat green vegetables to turn back her normal color. We read it several times before bed and thoughout the day. So, this afternoon we decided to have an experiment and make the cupcakes from the story to see if we can turn pink ourselves. So far, we have not changed color, but one of us has already sugar crashed.

What a magical Christmas we had this year. We have even been too busy to blog! Here is a quick look over the last week. Back to reality tomorrow.

I guess this diva thing runs in the family....

Already A Wonderful Christmas

We just got back from a fun trip to Oklahoma. The girls did great on the car ride thanks to the dual dvd. Bella has been blaring CD's from her room since we got home. (thanks Uncle Charles)

Somewhere there is a picture of my sister and I as kids on a horse that Papa made like this one.

The day before we came home, Granny took the girls to have their nails painted. Definitely a highlight of our visit.

Christmas Dance

Kenna performed a holiday dance today in her class. I missed it due to a doctor's appointment that had been scheduled months ago, but daddy gladly took video. The link to the video is below.

Kenna, Elizabeth, Zoey, and Lexie

Of course the fans were there.
