I don't think the word "busy" can begin to describe our Easter weekend. It started on Thursday with Bella's field trip to the Oil Ranch in Hockley. I had my first experience as a chaperone, and it went pretty well. I only lost 2 of the kids once. There were pony rides, a petting zoo, a train, and the list goes on. Bella even got to milk a cow, which she said was gross.
Thursday night Bella and Kenna spent the night with Grandma and Grandpa at the lake. They swam at the pool and had movie night. I showed up at my leisure Friday around 1pm. Grandma and Grandpa confessed they passed out on the couch shortly after we left. I know the feeling. Saturday it was off to G. and Pappa's for some Easter fun. There were bunny cakes, egg dyeing, an Easter egg hunt, and swimming. It was a blast!!!

On Easter Sunday, the Easter Bunny did his thing. He left Bella a Super Mario DS game, and for Kenna the Baby All Gone, she has been wanting. We headed to the early service with G. and Pappa. When we came back from church, the Easter Bunny (AKA our neighbors Matt & Carolyn) had put more eggs in the yard the girls hunted when we got home. They couldn't believe we missed those on the way to church.

We spent Sunday evening across the street with our wonderful neighbors (Matt & Carolyn) where we had ribs and hot dogs. They girls swam in their beautiful pool, and we all had a great time. I did not take my camera, because at this point I figure my kids must be half blind. We are so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends to spend our holidays with.
Also, thank you to everyone who made baskets and brought presents for the girls....Aunt Ali & Uncie Austin, Grandma & Grandpa, G. and Pappa, Aunt Kendra, Aunt Teri, Matt & Carolyn, and Aunt Laura
